Before the show
The band has partnered with pBuzz to let youngsters — and a few grown-ups — pick up a real instrument before or between our Aardman concerts.
Assisted by qualified teachers from within the band, newcomers can try their hand at playing, working their way up to a full play-through of Julian Nott's Wallace & Gromit theme tune.
The collection
Choose the clockwork suspense of The Wrong Trousers, the lunar adventure of A Grand Day Out, the festive mischief of Shaun the Sheep: The Flight Before Christmas or the woolly whodunnit of A Close Shave. Each complete film is projected on the big screen while the score is performed live in the room.
The programme can be shaped around the film and the audience, pairing Aardman's unmistakable storytelling with the colour, warmth and immediacy of a live brass band.
